During this period, loud noise, loud conversations, or any activity that may cause discomfort to the neighborhood is not allowed. Parties, events and sound The house is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings. It is not allowed: – hold parties or commemorative meetings; – use speakers, external sound systems or loud sound; – promote any activity that disturbs the neighborhood. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate interruption of the stay, without a refund, in addition to any fines applied by the condominium.
