Located in front of the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions of the city of Seville, it is the ideal place to stay not only for the events that take place in the FIBES itself, but also for temporary stays of workers of the Airport and the workplaces located in the surroundings of the productive area of the city. Equipped with all amenities (parking, A/A, Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and hair dryer) it has an outdoor surface parking space in enclosed parking attached to the building. Easy connection by car with the arteries of the city (SE30, SE40, and exits to Madrid and Malaga) and commuter station and bus lines to the city center. It has a separate bedrooms. This is an apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. In the bedroom it has a large built-in wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table for 4 diners. The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays. It is a spacious apartment ideal for a person or a couple including a family with a child. The apartment has internet connection by Wifi and ethernet and air conditioning cold/heat. Access to the apartment is done by digital key, which allows not only access at any time of the day upon arrival, but is a magnificent tool to guarantee the security of the apartment. In front of the building entrance there is a private garden area where you can park, but we recommend doing so in the surface parking lot at the back of the building. There is no specific space for each apartment but a surface parking lot with plenty of free parking. You can park wherever it suits you best. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, once the registration form has been completed. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm. For arrivals before 3:00 pm, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be free and ready. Please check with us in advance. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival before 3:00 pm. For the in-person mode, you must notify us 48 hours before your arrival in order to arrange the registration. It is important that you notify us before 48 hours in order to provide you with this service. For the in-person mode, all guests must be present. Early Check-in / Late Check-out service. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for the delivery of keys (3:00 pm) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check-in for a small supplement of €30.00 for arrivals before 2:00 pm.
