“Pé na areia” house located on Guaecá beach, São Sebastião. The house has 340m² of built area, distributed in a social area with rooms and balconies integrated into the garden with a swimming pool, 5 large en-suites, each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, an extra bedroom with two single beds, a social bathroom, a laundry room and a service bathroom. All rooms have fans. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Simple and comfortable house with an incredible location. The space We only rent to families. Family condominium. There can be no loud music at any time of the day. LARGE SPEAKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We do not rent for parties and events. We do not rent on Christmas/New Year's Eve, between 12/15 and 1/15. Included in the accommodation price is the service of an employee (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., daily) for cleaning and tidying the house and helping with basic kitchen things. New Ortobom brand double bed mattresses with waterproof mattress protectors. New viscoelastic pillows. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi Internet with 500mb speed, super stable and with a strong signal throughout the residence. The 5 en-suites have home-office tables. Strong 5G signal for cell phones throughout the beach. Kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, 5-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, air-fryer, blender, coffee maker, mixer and ice maker. Laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and freezer. Balcony with barbecue and pizza oven. Swimming pool with internal lighting and heating (pool heating must be requested in advance, and a separate payment will be charged for the cost of electricity). 55" Smart TV in the TV room with basic channels via Sky and access to Netflix. New aluminum beach chairs (4 high and 6 reclining), 2 umbrellas and beach tent available (tent assembly is done by the condominium caretaker, with separate payment, and must be requested in advance). The house's garden has no fences, and the condominium does not allow dogs in the common areas, so it is not recommended for pets. Small dogs may be accepted as long as they are always on a leash or inside the residence. The condominium has a private street with controlled access at night, and has a night watchman and caretaker, making it quite safe. In the common area of the condominium, there is a tennis court. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, with the exception of the external storage area (boat garage), which will remain closed. Other things to note - We do not rent for events and parties. Family condominium, there can be no loud music at any time of the day. Loud noise is prohibited on the beach (Municipal Law 2506/2017). - Make sure the number of guests and the length of your stay are correct, as the amounts may vary according to this information. - We have a septic tank, so toilet paper or other objects cannot be thrown into the toilets, at the risk of damaging the sewage system. - Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Fines for non-compliance with condominium rules will be charged after notification from the administration. - It is mandatory to send, up to 48 hours before check-in, the Full Name and CPF Number of all guests or Passport Number for foreigners (in the case of children who do not have a CPF, full name and name of the person responsible for them).
