Enjoy your home away from home in our warm and welcoming Tudor cottage located in the Patterson Park neighborhood; within minutes of from UD, Miami Valley, Hospice of Dayton, Fraze stadium & downtown. The house sleeps up to 8- perfect for a family vacation, couples' weekend or work trip. Please read through ALL the information provided on our page to understand house rules, reservation rates ( rate differs depending on number of guests), and amenities available. The space There are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each - two on the main floor and one on the second floor. There are also two fold down couches in the basement “TV Cave” that pull out to full/ queen size beds. Along with the TV cave there is a workout room, full bathroom and laundry room in the basement. The main floor hosts two bedrooms, newly renovated bath and kitchen and a cozy dining and living room with a gas fireplace and TV. Upstairs in addition to the third bedroom there is a loft area that houses a dedicated work space, game room and library. In the private fenced backyard you’ll find a covered patio for dining al fresco, and a gas firepit. The drivway will accommodate two cars and there is ample parking on the side street. Steps away is Jane Newcom park that has a newly poured walking/running path and links up to the great trail system in Dayton and greater Ohio. Guest access The house and yard are yours to use during your stay. Other things to note Patterson Park is one of the quietest, safest and family friendly neighborhoods in Dayton. Nestled in the corner of Dayton right next to Kettering and Oakwood. Daily rate: The base rate is for up to 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $15/guest/day for the 7th and 8th guest. This includes guests that will be visiting during the day as well. The rate will automatically be updated when you enter the guest count. There is bedding available for the pull out couches in the “TV Cave” and it is available for no extra charge when reserving for 7 and 8 guests. If you want the use of the bedding when reserving for 1-6 guests there is an additional fee of $15 per bed. (Bedding includes: two pillows, set of cotton sheets and pillowcases and a down comforter.)
