Stepping into Bourne St Homestead instantly feels like a home away from home. It’s kept in pristine condition with lots of extra comforts to make your stay comfortable and compl. quiet location and is kept. Suits couples or families needing ample parking for their vehicles, with reliable wifi and separate spaces to relax or work from. Across the road is Memorial Parklands with a 1.1km walking track which allows dogs off leash. Pets are welcome but must first be pre-approved. The space Offering ample parking, two top quality queen and single beds, 3 desks, wifi, centralised kitchen, Dolce Nescafe Gusto (Nespresso machine), additional fridge, air-fryer, electric frypan, brand new BBQ, cold water dispenser, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, outdoor gas heater during the winter months, water softener, amazing shower and water pressure, two split systems and ceiling fans throughout the entire home, enclosed decked area, (it does get very hot on warm days), an outdoor caged kennel for dogs, a separate area for cat litter (if bringing your beloved cat). We recommend closing the outdoor blinds in the enclosed area to keep the home cooler on warm days. Note: Although the home is pet friendly, the yard is fenced but not fully secure. Additional 15l water cooler refills can be supplied at a cost of $7 per refill. Guest access Guests have access to bedrooms that are required, otherwise spare bedrooms are locked so please advise of registered guests and beds/bedrooms required at time of booking. Cleaning products and cleaning tools are available in the home for guests to use. We have 2 pet crates that can be borrowed and they are stored in the cat litter shed. There is also a 3x3 outdoor cage/kennel available for use. Limit of 2 pets which must be approved by hosts prior to booking. Ensure only registered guests and pets have been included in your booking and are on the property (see Additional Rules). Check with us for possible earlier check in times. If the property is available we won’t mind you arriving earlier! In addition, please let us know if you check out earlier so we may get the airbnb cleaned sooner. Note: Any unauthorised guests or pets will be charged additional guest/pet fees and additional cleaning fees. Other things to note This is a pet friendly property and may not suit people with pet allergies. All pets must be authorised by us first before entering the property and strict conditions/restrictions apply. Pet owners must also read all our pet policies and abide by these at all times. Pets must be vaccinated and they are not to jump/sleep on furniture and beds. Pets are not to be washed in the bathroom or use any of the guest linen and towels. There is a dog-wash on Deviation Road next to the car wash. Although a small pet cleaning fee applies, guests are expected to clean up all fur, hair, pet smells, faeces, urine, accidents immediately and prior to leaving. Any damage or additional cleaning that requires replacement, repair or professional cleaning will incur the additional charges and costs to the guest in which the booking was made. The property is fully fenced however half of the fencing is very low (approx 0.8m high) so if bringing large dogs, or dogs that can easily jump over low fences they will need to be supervised or leashed. One of the gates also has a slight gap underneath which small dogs may be able to go under. The outdoor kennel is placed on the grass area. Note: It does not have a hard floor base or a solid roof for shade. The outdoor enclosed gets very hot in warm weather so use responsibly and with caution. A cat litter shed is attached to the outdoor enclosure along with a cat door into the property. Pets are not to be left unsupervised if indoors and they must be secured safely if leaving unattended for short periods less than 1 hour at a time.
