Cozy 2 Bedroom 10 Min from Midtown Manhattan

We are renting our 2 bedroom apartment because we will be away for a few months. The apartment is in the historic Sugar Hill neighborhood, on a beautiful block with brownstones. This is a beautiful and very safe neighborhood, great for a walk to The City College of NY or the nearby parks. The subway station (A,B,C,D) is on the same block as well as a supermarket and a laundry, dry cleaning service. CitiBike on the next block. The subway ride to Times Square is 12 minutes. The space 2 people can sleep in the bedroom and 2 people in the living room on the sofa bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. The Dining table can be used as a workspace as well. The Wifi in the apartment is very fast and stable.
