The space The Perfect Location! Nestled just minutes from the main road, our home offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. A short 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride will take you to Cocles beach, a beautiful, wide, golden beach perfect for relaxing in the shade of palm and almond trees or surfing in the afternoon sun. A 10-minute walk in the other direction will take you right into the lively town center, where you can enjoy local cuisine, vibrant nightlife, and charming shops. Despite its proximity to town, our home is a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Guest access The property has two houses. Both share the parking and the main entrance. The design of each house was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and space. Architecture elements and landscaping were also integrated to provide natural barriers and enhance privacy for all guests.
