It is less than a tenth of a mile from the tow path trail that takes you north to Edgewater Park or south to CVNP. It is about 15 minutes to University Circle, Little Italy, and the Cleveland Clinic. There is a small backyard for your pets. There are 3 new smart TVs along with a well equipped kitchen with sharp knives, wine glasses and a corkscrew! The space We have a small fenced in backyard for your furry friends. Please be aware that there is a basement apartment with a separate entrance and locks. The tenant will be considerate and should not disturb you in any way! Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the basement, which is an apartment. Other things to note We have bicycles of various sizes and shapes in the garage, along with tools to raise/lower the seats, should you like to check out the towpath trail by bicycle!
