Bedrooms are located in private section of the house with own private bathroom. Located in a quite neighbourhood. 4 min drive to the waterfront, amazing walks, great parks & cafes. Close to local transport, 1km to train station & local buses 5 mins walk & 15km to Brisbane City. 10 min drive to Sleemans Sports Complex & Westfield. The space 1 or 2 Bedrooms in a beautiful open plan family home, spacious modern living & dining area. Bright & airy with natural light & comfortable furniture to relax & our fabulous electric fireplace! It’s here to bring cozy vibes year-round—no logs, no smoke, and no hassle. In summer, you can turn on just the flames for that peaceful glow, and in winter, switch on the heat to keep things toasty. It’s fully enclosed and child-safe, so you can relax and enjoy the ambiance without worry. Sit back and let the fireplace work its magic! Access to a modern kitchen with great appliances. This is a shared space however I am rearly home due to work commitments. Beautiful modern bedrooms (1 or 2 rooms available). Each bedroom has garden views & is very private. With high quality linen & comfortable queen beds & double wardrobe. Bright & airy with natural light, dimmable lights fans & air conditioning / heating for comfort . Bedrooms are located in private section of the house with own bathroom. Enjoy the large media room with a comfortable sofa to relax and watch a movie or read a book. Enjoy a swim in the beautiful lap pool or relax on a sun lounger and soak in the rays! Relax in the tranquil outdoor lounge or in the outdoor dinning area. The property is only a four minute drive to the popular Thornside waterfront, enjoy beautiful sunrise walks great dog parks and parks with the children or enjoy a picnic or barbecue along the waterfront. Only 1km to Thorneside train station with direct links to the city approx 30mins by train or by car. 10 min drive to Sleemans Sports Complex & Westfield Carindale. Close to local shops, cafe's & recreation amenities. Guest access Guests are welcome to access 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on booking) main bathroom, toilet, laundry, media room, dining area, main living area, kitchen, garden, pool & deck. During your stay You are welcome to message Or special with me in person (if available) if you need information or assistance. I am very rarely at home due to work commitments. Other things to note We have a beautiful blue tounge lizard call Ringo who lives safely locked in a glass enclosure. Please do not handle Ringo. He is friendly however lizards should only be handled by the owners. We also hace a beautiful Labradoodle called Marley he is Extremely friendly loves people and children his hyper allergenic and is an inside dog. Rosie, is our trusty (and slightly quirky) robot cleaner! She’s fabulous at keeping the place spotless, but every now and then, she finds herself in a bit of a pickle—stuck under a chair, wedged by a table leg, or just chilling in some random corner. If you spot her on one of these little “adventures,” please help her find her way back to her charging station next to the buffet.
