Here you live comfortably in your own apartment with a separate entrance – perfect for families with children or groups who want both proximity and privacy. 🚗 Free parking at the front. Just follow the aisle around the house and you will find your entrance on the lower floor. ⸻ 🛏️ Room distribution & amenities When you step in, you will be greeted by a small hall that leads on to the different parts of the residence: ➡️ Living Rooms To the right is a cozy living room with sofa, dining area and TV. There is also a sofa bed (195 × 149 cm) – perfect for sleeping two children. ➡️ Bedroom 2 A door from the living room leads to a quiet bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a desk, great for those who need to work or study during their stay. ⬅️ Bedroom 1 To the left of the hall is the largest bedroom with two 120-cm-wide beds, which together form a generous 240-cm family bed. There is also a small child's bed here 🚻 Restroom Directly in the hallway is a bright WC room with toilet and sink. 🍽️ Kitchen To the right of the hall is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, everything you need to prepare delicious meals. 🧺 Laundry room & bath 💦 Inside the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a bathtub for two. ⸻ 🏡 Garden & play for the kids Outside you will find a lovely garden with a playhouse, swing set, trampoline and a dining area with room for 6 people. Children are welcome to borrow toys and play freely, and maybe they will be joined by our own playful children from upstairs 😊 Guest access You have the entire basement floor to yourselves Other things to note We are a family with children who live on the floor above the apartment. The house is a bit sensitive, so sometimes you can hear voices or small running steps from above – thank you for your understanding 😊
