"Casa Borghetto" on Lake Lugano with swimming pool

Welcome to “Casa Borghetto!” A lovely apartment, which takes its name from the surrounding landscape; "located in the center of the quiet and quaint village of Brusimpiano, on the shores of Lake Lugano. Part of a condominium complex, it offers guests an outdoor SEASONAL POOL (Summer), a SUP, an indoor play area and a playground right in front of the apartment. There are also several beaches within walking distance of the flat. We are waiting for you! The space The apartment, about 55 square meters, is located on the second floor and is ideal for 2-3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 1 child. It features: ・1 master bedroom with Queen size bed, 160x200 cm, memory foam pillows and large closets. ・1 bathroom with bathtub and shower head, dispenser with shower gel, hair dryer, toilet and Bidet. → Bed linen, towels and use of washing machine are included in the price. ・1 living room with a SmatTV, a comfortable single sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) and a window overlooking the terrace, surrounded by greenery. ・1 kitchen, equipped with everything you need, with a large table with 4 seats and a balcony overlooking the garden, a glimpse of the lake and the inner courtyard. ・Free parking on the street in front of the apartment or private garage. ・Free Wi-fi. Guest access The flat is completely at the guests' disposal. The swimming pool and indoor games room is shared with the owners and other guests of the apartment building. Other things to note 1. REGISTRATION OF ALL GUESTS: According to Italian law 109 T.u.l.p.s., we are required to register all our guests. Therefore, you will be asked to provide your personal documents. We CANNOT host anyone who does not present their personal document. MINORS cannot stay unless accompanied by their parents or an adult, with authorization and a copy of the parents' document. 2.SOFA BED: We ask you to inform us before your arrival if there are 2 of you, but you wish to sleep separately, so we can prepare everything. 3. BABY CRIB: If you need a crib, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare it for you if available. It costs €20 per stay. 4.
