This gorgeous Georgian townhouse, built in 1780, surrounded by river on all 4 sides, is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Situated in the centre of a medieval village, with restaurants, tea houses, antique emporiums and gorgeous river and woodland walks. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles and a free car park within 500 yards. The house is furnished in antiques, with lots of ornate mirrors, chandeliers and Pre-Raphaelite prints... it is romantic and special. The space The entrance hall has flagstone flooring and leads to the dining room, sitting room, study, cloakroom, breakfast room and kitchen. On the first floor there is both the large bathrooms, with shower facilities in each, plus a large dressing room with an antique desk. The master bedroom has an antique French double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and an antique desk. On the second flour there are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. There is as a sitting room with large screen TV and an antique desk. Each room has an original fireplace but only the log burner in the sitting room is currently used as the heating is efficient. Logs are sold at the local haberdashers and Shell garage. This beautiful house is fully equipped with luxury bedding and super soft towels and all kitchens utensils. There is enough seating and equipment to comfortably host 8 people.
