Gordon Ranch

Located on the south edge of town close to the Blue Mountains in a rural setting. There is a small vineyard on the property. The property is on 1.5 acres with plenty of room to set up for games and enjoy the large pool and hot tub. Relax on the deck while enjoying the view or enjoying a meal together. The space The house has 3 floors. The main floor is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, gym, master bedroom with private bathroom, walk in shower and heated floor. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor. The main floor goes out to a deck with sitting and a table to gather around. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Off one of the bedrooms you will find a kids playroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The lower floor is a family room, bedroom with a work station, craft table/ping pong table and bathroom. From there you can go outside to the pool and hot tub area. There are two sitting areas, one under the deck and one out by the pool with tables, chairs and a solo fire pit. There are 2 storage boxes with blow up devices for pool enjoyment. Pool toys include a basketball hoop and a volleyball net. The back yard has plenty of room for a games. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole house, pool area and yard space. Owners will be located on the back part of the property and do grounds and pool maintenance.
