Welcome to "The City" Located in a village in Dammartin-en-Goele you will find a charming 32 sqm apartment on the ground floor (street side) in an old building, ideally located in the city center. It has a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV area with sofa bed. The master bedroom with spacious dressing room. A shower room and a separate toilet complete it. Close to all amenities... Perfect for exploring the city on foot. The space "The City" sleeps up to 4 people max. "Le City" is located in the city center and far enough away to be quiet and close to all amenities, restaurants (Moroccan, Thai, kebab, Japanese, pizzeria, Indian and many others), banks, post office, Carrefour City, hairdresser, etc... all within walking distance. The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space, but you will easily find them around the building (some in blue parking) Amenities: - A comfortable master bedroom with a 140 x 190 double bed (sheets and towels provided) - A bright living space with a 140 x 190 sofa bed (sheets provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen - A shower room (attached to the bedroom) For your entertainment, the accommodation is equipped with a TV (in the living room) with an excellent Wi-Fi connection as well as some board games. The City is a non-smoking accommodation, pets are accepted (€20), requests for early arrivals or late departures will be validated ONLY ON REQUEST, an extra €20 (depending on the time) will be requested, of course, parties are not allowed! Have a comfortable stay! Guest access Guests access the property via a connected key box, which allows for flexible and independent check-in. The building entrance is secured by a keypad. Guests will receive the information needed to access the building's key box and digicode on the day of check-in.
