There is also 2 bedroom Presidential Villa options at this resort available for a higher nightly rate. 8 Guest Max Kitchen: Full Beds: 1st King Bed Master 2nd Double Bed 3rd Queen Sleeper Sofa Baths: 2 Guest access Venture out to splash in swimming holes, checkout nearby Guadalupe River and hike rolling hills of bluebonnets, to taste local wines, watch the sunsets or go line dancing in this spacious and serene space! You and the family will stay busy with great recreational amenities that include 2 outdoor pools, one that is heated, hot tub and fitness center. The resort is super kid-friendly with ping pong, pool table, corn hole, fire pits, activity center, bbq area, fire pit, picnic and of course a slide in the pool. The resort also has 24-hour front desk has staff standing by to help with luggage storage and concierge services during your stay. Other things to note The Resort maintains high standards and goes through upgrades. Condo characteristics and design may vary. There is a 2 night minimun stay required on weekends. A valid identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. Any name change for your reservation will require a $99 name change fee. A refundable security deposit will be charged at check-in of $250 depending on the unit type.
