Other things to note Week long stays must have a check in Thursday-Monday. 6 night maximum with Tuesday check in and 5 night maximum with Wednesday. Thursday and Monday check ins will have limited availability. Exact unit assigned a check in. Photos are generic and provided by the resort. Villas are very similar unit to unit. Views may vary. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests. 5. Rentee is required to pay a government fee of $3 USD/night, a $15 Levy fee, and timeshare taxes of $9.50/night (subject to change).
