We look forward to hosting you and ensuring your stay is as enjoyable! The space Our comfortable 24-square-meter apartment situated on the 1st floor of a century-old building. The apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a small shower room and separate toilet. Despite its size, our space is well-equipped for a quick city break or an longer stay in Tartu. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials, including a microwave oven, kettle, small cooker, and dishes. Living room has a 140 cm wide sofa-bed that fits two and there's enough storage for your belongings. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a hot water boiler and a washing machine for your convenience. Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment. Other things to note Parking in front of the house is free on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Parking charges apply on working days from 8 to 19. If you indicate the starting time, you are entitled to 90 minutes of free parking. Making a mobile payment (use short code 1902 to send a text message in the following format: vehicle registration plate number, space, combination for the parking zone and space (123ABC B90). To end the parking time, call 1903. Charge for parking for one hour in zone B is 1,5 EUR. Nearest free of charge parking place is Vaksali 12b. Parking permitted max 24h. Please do not use outside shoes inside. No parties and not registered extra guests.
