Charming countryside Lamia with a big pool, completely renovated and expanded. Quietly situated in an 2 acres olive grove, 4 km to the beach in a nature reserve. Main House: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms for 4 people, Pool House: 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom for 3-4. Ideal for family holidays, couples or as a work, pool, sports, leisure retreat with its own studio/fitness gym throughout the year. In the winter floor heating and a fire place in the main house as well as ACs in all rooms keep it cosy and warm. The space First of all there is the lovingly restored and expanded 18th century main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is on the first floor, one on the ground floor with adjacent bathroom. It’s usually used by up to 4 people sharing two queen sized beds. Also the kitchen, living space and fire place are in the main house. Beautiful arches dominate every room. The more surfer style pool house with a wooden ceiling, consists of two bedrooms and one adjacent bathroom. It’s ideal for a stay of and additional 3-4. One bigger bedroom has also a queen sized bed, the smaller bedroom to single beds, we recommend it for one person, but it’s also possible for two if there is really the need. So there is space for a comfortable stay for 7, and if necessary even an additional bed for 8 persons. If it’s one family the adults usually like to sleep in the main house and leave the pool house to the children/teenagers who enjoy to have their own privacy and do their own stuff there. If it’s two families it can be 4 in the main house and 4 in the pool house. Music is provided by two wireless Sonos Move speakers. Summer life on the property mainly takes place outside around the pool. In addition every single room (apart of the bathrooms) features a separate veranda and/or terrace. 4 are covered and provide good shadow, 5 are open terraces to work on your tan. The orangery and olive trees offer also suitable spots depending on the position of the sun throughout the day. From the top terrace of the main house you have a wonderful 360 view across the sea and the whole countryside. It’s also a great place to enjoy sunsets with a nice Aperitif. Guest access All rooms have separate entrances so that a maximum of privacy is guaranteed. The pool (available from May to October) and studio (fitness, meditation, yoga, writing throughout the year) are accessible to all guests at all times. Other things to note Villa Pizzulato is close to the international airports Bari (50 minutes) and Brindisi (30 minutes) with many direct connections to Europe. By car Ostuni (the „White City“, 10 minutes) and Fasano (15 minutes) are the next cities and quickly accessible. An E-Charging station is available in walking distance (1 km, 15 minutes) in the village. Excellent award-winning (San Domenico, Golf Digest Editor's Choice Award, Winner Best Golf Resorts in Continental Europe) 18-hole golf course closeby (20 minutes). Our area is also great for: biking and mountainbiking, beach life (from natural beaches to uspcale clubs), trekking and walking, culture, music, food, wine ... A number of the best culinary experiences within the region are just around the corner: A beautiful trattoria with excellent food, an incredible all-day cafe from breakfast (best cornetti alongside awesome cappucino and freshly squeezed orange juice!) and mouth-watering, body-cooling icecream through to Puglias famous panzerotti...
