our apartment is located on the top floor with elevator, it is very bright all day because it has two velux ceilings and 4 windows. located on the courtyard side it is very quiet . it is in the center of the Marais , the nearest metro is 2 min walk (art and crafts and branch) you can do everything on foot from the apartment , Beaubourg is 5 min , rue de Bretagne is 3 min , chatelet is 10 min wifi fiber optic/apple TV /cat The space our apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator, the height under ceiling is 3 meters with two velux that makes it incredibly bright. ideally located you will be 5 minutes from beaubourg ,republic , chatelet ... the red children's market is 5 minutes away. The Arts and Crafts metro is around the corner , and the Republic and Branches metro is 8 minutes away I leave my kiwi cat in the apartment because she doesn't like traveling, she is very quiet and nice she sleeps 21 hours a day you just have to change her water in the morning and that's all. Other things to note we have a cat that we leave there, her name is kiwi she is very nice and shy but independent you will not hear her sleeping 21 hours a day minimum :) she is a big sleeper you just have to change her water every now and then, otherwise she manages herself.
