Please read the rules CAREFULLY, especially about check-in, check-out (making an exception is difficult due to building rules), cleaning and organization. The space This space was designed for AIRBNB guests, with all the comfort and convenience to make you feel at home. I put everything I was looking for in the apartments I rented. Everything is very modern, I tried to make the environment comfortable and functional. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, but above 2 an extra fee is charged per guest. We follow Airbnb and condominium rules to the letter, so we don't usually make many exceptions. Another point was the location I chose to make the apartment (yes, I even thought about that). I looked for a neighborhood that was close to everything and not just close to "this or that" place in the city. That's why we're close to the city's gourmet neighborhood and bohemian neighborhood, as well as malls and hospitals. Anyway, the affection I put into it is the biggest difference! Please check the check-in and checkout time rules carefully. Long-term rentals are accepted only through the platform, never otherwise. Do not attempt to request rentals outside of here, as these profiles will be reported to the AIRBNB community. CHECK-IN is always from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., but scheduled beforehand between the parties. A delay in the scheduled CHECK-OUT time (always until 10 a.m.) will be charged at half the daily rate, duly requested by the AIRBNB website. However, this is not a possibility to delay, as we do not give up the exit at the time of the ad. Guest access The apartment is all yours. Enjoy this wonderful space! Other things to note The apartment does not have a garage, but there are overnight garages next door and in front, with affordable prices and total security. In addition, the region always has many app drivers very close by, precisely because of the proximity of the busy neighborhoods, which makes access very easy. For reservations over 15 days, an extra cleaning fee may be charged, depending on the condition of the property at the time of checkout, up to 130 reais paid at the time. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but the clothesline is the one allowed by the condominium (small), for larger volumes of laundry you can use the paid laundry in the mall next to the building. The use of the property for photos or videos without prior authorization is prohibited, under penalty of notice in the Airbnb community. IMPORTANT We do not accept pets, but if something is damaged and the apartment smells of urine, feces or animal odors, you will be charged R$ 400 plus the amount needed for maintenance due to damage (paid at check-out or before). Delays in the scheduled check-out time will be charged half a day, as duly requested by the AIRBNB website. ATTENTION ONE body towel per guest and TWO hand towels per period are provided. Face or body towels soiled by makeup will be charged by Airbnb at R$ 20 per towel. Sheets provided: ONE kit per stay. Extra USES will be charged laundry fees.
