House with large sundeck/patio

The House is very private with sundeck and its big garden. The 100 square metres has four rooms and a kitchen. Only furnished with beds and tables and chairs. Smart TV and wifi is included. Smoking is OK on sundeck and in the garden but not indoors. 300 meter to kiosk/pizzeria, 1000 meter to Medley swim hall, Coop, ICA, padel courts and train station (8 min to Lund C, 16 min to Lomma Beach, 25 min to Malmö C, 25 min to Helsingborg C and 70 min to Copenhagen). The space The size and descriptions of the beds are available on the photos. One large fresh mattress is the sixth bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows are available for 6 persons. Also towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper. Shower room and toilet are in 2 separate spaces. Necessary utilities: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwawe oven, frying pan, casserol and kitchen tools. Plates, glasses and cutlery for 6 persons. Dish wash machine. In the basement you can use washing machine, midsize table tennis table, board games, vacuum cleaner and ironing board plus iron. A robitic grass cutter is active Monday-Friday.
