Luxurious 2 bedroom dog friendly( 1 x small dog) cottage in the pretty North Yorkshire village of Welburn. Breakfast is available at Dogh (café/deli/bakery) next door. Lovely walks from the front door. Local attractions include Castle Howard, The Arboretum, Malton, N. Yorkshire Moors Railway, Eden Camp as well as York & the East coast. Features open plan living/dining & kitchen with two bedrooms king size & KS zip & link. Outside seating with hot tub, pizza oven with a bar area. The space 2 Bedrooms, 1 x bathroom with bath and separate shower. Living/Dining/Kitchen area with log burning stove. Underfloor heating. The outside area has Pizza Oven/ bar area undercover. 'Softub' Hot tub added late October 2024. Guest access The lodge and outside area with hot tub is available for guests. Although there is no garden, Welburn and the surrounding area has some lovely walks and places to visit. Other things to note Parking is available for 1 x vehicle up the narrow driveway outside the lodge. Additional on-street parking is available.
