The space The apartment is located in the heart of Lausanne, just a short walk from the train station, the iconic Cathedral, and the lively Flon district, known for its vibrant restaurants, bars, and shopping streets. Most major attractions are easily accessible on foot. In addition, both metro lines and all bus services are closeby. Several supermarkets are nearby, and there’s a charming, bustling café on the ground floor of the building. The apartment itself is a spacious three-bedroom unit. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The space is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. From the balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the lake and admire beautiful sunsets. Right next to the building, you'll find a public park featuring a playground and a table tennis area. We provide a ping pong paddle set with balls, making it ideal for families with children. Just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, there's a larger park with an expansive playground—perfect for jogging and enjoying beautiful views of the lake. Additionally, the apartment also includes a treadmill. The apartment also offers a selection of social games, such as chess, for your entertainment. High-quality, 100% cotton bed linens and towels are provided, and we place a strong emphasis on cleanliness and guest comfort. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited in the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, kettle, orange juice press, blender, baking tools, raclette grill, and a crepe maker. We also provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. In the bathroom: toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo. In the kitchen: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a variety of spices, coffee, and tea. The apartment does not include a free parking spot. However, if you're arriving by car, the city of Lausanne offers affordable long-term parking options. For just 8 CHF per day, (max. for 6 days) you can park at one of the many “Longue durée” parking areas throughout the city. Even better, your parking ticket includes free access to public transportation, making it easy to reach the city center. Several of these parking spots are very close to the apartment. Guest access Guests have independent access to the apartment. One key is provided upon arrival. In case of loss, a replacement fee of 50 Swiss francs will be charged.
