Cozy house with pool

Single-family home with heated swimming pool of 120 m2 with 3 bedrooms including a master suite with dressing room and private shower room. It is located 25 km from Rennes and 45 minutes from the sea (St Malo). Mont St Michel is also close (1 hour drive). We have very nice walks (GR34 nearby) to take in the area with the forest of Brocéliande of Merlin the Enchanter, Lake Trémelin and plenty of other wonders to discover. The space The house is in a cul-de-sac so little car traffic, with a large driveway for parking several vehicles. The house is on one level and consists of a large living room/dining room with wood-burning stove, open kitchen and its central island of 50 m2. The bay window opens directly onto a large 35 m2 wooden terrace adjoining the private pool, which is covered and heated with low shelters and has an automatic water treatment system (so no pool maintenance is required). It has 3 bedrooms, a large master suite of 14 m2 with double bed 160 X 200 with dressing room and double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. The latter has its own wooden terrace and gives direct access to the garden to reach the pool. The other 2 bedrooms are 14 m2 and 11 m2 and have a single bed. Possibility of providing a 140 X 190 double mattress and a crib. The house has a 2nd bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and 2 separate toilets. It has all the amenities with its kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wine cellar, Nespresso coffee machine... The wooden terrace has an outdoor table and chairs, an arbor, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Internet access and Wi-Fi are also available. Saturday to Saturday only during July – August Our silk chickens will be happy to eat your leftovers, as well as our cat Charlie who is very sociable and will probably come to claim some attention from you!
