With two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and roof terrace, it is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The apartment captivates with its cozy furnishings with vinyl flooring and comfortable furniture. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and TV. The kitchen can be closed with a door and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and baking utensils and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your breakfast or a cozy evening on the roof terrace overlooking the beautiful garden or nature. Two parking spaces are available on the driveway. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200), wardrobe and dresser. The second bedroom also has a box-spring bed (140 × 200), a sofa bed (90 × 180). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and is equipped with a hair dryer. A baby bed with mattress and high chair are available for our little guests. The apartment is suitable for long-term rentals and offers an allergy-friendly living space. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
