Welcome to my apartment at Marina Suites Nha Trang - No. 25 Phan Chu Trinh, Van Thanh, Nha Trang - My apartment has an area of 77m2 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a very spacious kitchen, living room and balcony. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the afternoon right in the very romantic bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for a long stay. Around the apartment there are many famous eateries, markets, supermarkets and only 5 minutes walk to the sea,.. The space The apartment is located on the 24th floor with a sea view, fully equipped with amenities, free washing machine, kitchen, and dishwasher for the whole family, providing comfort for an extended stay. High speed wifi ensures efficient online working process - It has 3 air conditioners and private wifi with high speed (150-200mbps) - Very soundproof, quiet and comfortable door and wall system - The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ocean view, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, and an ultra-soft mattress. Desk with comfortable chair and dressing table. - The second bedroom has a king size bed, a 20cm soft mattress, a desk and a full-size clothes hanging cabinet with city views and afternoon sunset views + river and mountains. - Spacious and modern living room. A dining table with 4 chairs. A mattress couch with a size of 2.4m. - Spacious kitchen (with full of basic cooking utensils such as pans, pots, pans, bowls, plates, knives, forks,..) induction cooker, smoke extractor, microwave, fridge, rice cooker,...very suitable for extended vacation. we will prepare basic things, if you need anything more, please let us know by messaging us. - The bathroom is fully equipped with hot water, shower, some personal hygiene products like hotels. - The bed is a King size bed with a soft 20cm thick mattress. - The washing machine is on the outside balcony with a clothes drying rack. - swimming pool is on the 4th floor, and costs 50,000 VND/person/time. You can buy a ticket at the front desk on the 1st floor - There is a gym nearby, it costs monthly around $25, daily workout price is $2/day. - Around the building there are many Vietnamese dishes, 24/7 stores. Guest access - Welcome drinks right at check-in (filtered water) - Customers have full access to the rooms and furniture inside the apartment, cooking stove, washing machine for free - The hallway is positioned with security cameras and has regular security protection - Customer self check in and will have check in instructions -High speed wifi available,.... The building facilities you can use for an equivalent fee - Motorbike parking: 150,000 VND/ motorbike /month. Daily motorbike ticket is 10,000 VND/day and pay to security - Car parking basement costs 1,500,000VND/month. Daily car ticket is 150,000VND/day and pay to security - The swimming pool on the 4th floor is opened from 6am-6pm, buy tickets at the reception hall on the 1st floor for VND 50,000/person/visit. - FREE housekeeping + bed sheet change + new towel change 1 week/time for customers booking 7 nights or more. + Guests who request additional room cleaning will be charged a fee of VND 300,000 per cleaning. + We will provide: toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, toothbrush, and free toilet paper upon check-in. + Sheets, towels will be fully furnished upon check-in, however will not provide every day. We have a washing machine and washing liquid in the apartment, you can wash by yourself. We still provide towels upon request for a fee of VND 20,000 per towel (because we have to pay an additional laundry fee). We provide change of bed sheets upon request: 100,000 VND/time/bed. Note: In case of missing towels, or stains that cannot be washed and unusable, you need to compensate for a fee: + For toothpicks: 150,000 VND/ towel + Bed sheets: will depend on the value of the bedding -------------------------- FOR MONTHLY RENTAL CUSTOMERS, WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF DISCOUNT POLICY - Free cleaning + changing bed sheets + changing new towels 3 times/month - Free High Speed Internet - Free laundry service for guests (Note: guests must bring their own clothes to the laundry shop only 100m from the apartment and no more than 5 times/month with a total laundry bill not exceeding 500,000 VND) We will not free other fees, customers need to pay : Management fee, Electricity, Water, Parking,.... + Management fee: VND 17,600/m² (This 2-bedroom apartment has an area of 77 m² × VND 17,600/m² = VND 1,350,000/month) + Stay registration fee: 220,000VND/month + Wifi: 300,000 VND /month (free) + Electricity: 5,000 VND/kwh + Water: 18,000 VND/m3 + Motorbike fee: 150,000 VND/month/car Utility bills include electricity, water, internet, parking fees to pay depending on the usage. You will need a deposit of $250 USD or 7,000,000 VND for this utility bill. On the day of check out, after calculating the used utility bills, you will be refunded the rest or deducted straight to the deposit amount. The average cost for a 2-bedroom apartment is typically VND 4,000,000–6,000,000, depending on the season (winter or summer). * For rent the month the apartment is still equipped when guests check in: - Brush, toothpaste, shower gel shampoo, toilet paper, bin bags - Towels: 4 towels are for the 2 bedrooms apartment - Laundry soap Other things to note - Always remember to bring your card or put it in the lock box when you leave the house. - When using the air-conditioner, it is necessary to close the balcony door, close the toilet door to avoid temperature differences and water leakage from the air-conditioner as well as avoid wasting electricity. - If you need to drop off your luggage, you can go to the reception desk. Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 17:00), no luggage storage on Sunday. Or you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage area on the 1st floor with surveillance cameras. - We ensure that the room will be cleaned and the bed linen changed before you check in. Please note: In the following cases, you need to pay extra: 1, During your stay, we do not provide daily cleaning service, you need to keep the room clean by yourself. We have prepared cleaning tools. If you need us to clean, please contact us one day in advance and pay 200,000 VND to the cleaning staff. 2, We do not provide bed linen, duvet cover, towel change service during your stay. You can use the washing machine to wash your own towels and clothes. If you need us to change towels, please pay 50,000 VND to the cleaning staff. Note: If you find something unclean in the apartment or have any problems that make you unhappy.
