Self-contained annexe room with king size bed, en suite bathroom & wifi. Peaceful village setting 10 mins from historic Stratford upon Avon and picturesque Cotswolds villages. We provide tea, coffee, cow's milk, Nespresso machine, a kettle, crockery and a small fridge. Please note, no kitchen, but plenty of crockery, glassware etc. We can wash and replenish if needed. Ample parking. It’s a no-through road, so no traffic going past. Use of our EV charger available for small fee on request. The space The entrance to the room is off the porch area accessed via the front door. The bedroom has a separate storage room that includes a clothes rail with hangers, a small fridge, a cupboard with spare crockery (bowls, plates, glassware) and a large map of the area on the wall. There is a dressing table with extra storage, and a hairdryer. We're on the doorstep of some fantastic country walks, good pubs and stunning Cotswolds villages. We are just a 2 minute walk away from The Bell, a gastro pub with excellent food, local beers, and a huge garden with terrace area. Please note, we have a Ring doorbell on the front door and a camera on the driveway for car security. There have never been any issues so this is just a precaution. Guest access Access is via the front door into the porch, then through a private door into the guest room. The room is ground floor of the house and looks out to the front garden. You can usually park your car directly opposite the room or very close to it. We live in the house too but on the next floors up so the room feels very private. The small porch area and front door are the only shared spaces with us. The other doors off the porch are locked. During your stay We are usually around if there are any questions or if you need assistance with anything. We are very happy to help. We won't disturb you unnecessarily and will leave you to enjoy your time in the local area but if you need help, we are there. You can contact us by phone, message, or using the doorbell. Other things to note We're sorry, we can only accept bookings for 2 adults max. The room is not set up for children, babies or pets. Iron and ironing board available on request. The driveway is our family parking spot but there is plenty of parking in front of the house. It is in a cul-de-sac so there is no heavy traffic going past. Parking is available from check-in at 3pm to check-out at 10am. Sometimes we can accommodate parking for longer, but this is by prior arrangement only.
