Charming house completely renovated

House ideally located on the borders of three beautiful departments (Haute-Loire, Cantal and Puy-de-Dôme) and a few kilometers from the highway. You will therefore have a central location to visit Auvergne with many tours, activities and hikes nearby. The house has been completely renovated with quality materials to create a cocooning atmosphere. The space On the ground floor, the house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and laundry (with washing machine). Upstairs you will find a mezzanine (with sofa bed, TV, reading area), two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. You will have access to the outside. A garden table and chairs will be available to you. Kids will have space to play outside. A shelter is available for your vehicle. Guest access The house is adjoining our own home. The large courtyard is therefore shared but you will have a dedicated dining area in front of the house. Other things to note If you're traveling with your pet, we may be able to accept it on certain conditions! Please introduce it to us in a private message :) If you'd like, we can bring you bread and/or pastries from the bakery for your breakfast early in the morning. Place your order with us the day before.
