Charming house completely renovated

House ideally located on the borders of three beautiful departments (Haute-Loire, Cantal and Puy-de-Dôme) and a few kilometers from the highway. You will therefore have a central location to visit Auvergne with many tours, activities and hikes nearby. The house has been completely renovated with quality materials to create a cocooning atmosphere. The space On the ground floor, the house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and laundry room (with washing machine). Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine (with sofa bed, TV, reading area), two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. You will have access to the outdoors. A garden table and chairs will be available to you. The children will have space to play outside. A shelter is available for your vehicle. Guest access The house is semi-detached with our own residence. Therefore, the large courtyard is shared, but you will have your own dedicated dining area in front of the house. Other things to note If you're traveling with your pet, we may be able to accept it on certain conditions! Please introduce it to us in a private message :) If you'd like, we can bring you bread and/or pastries from the bakery for your breakfast early in the morning. Place your order with us the day before.
