It’s walking distance to cafe's, supermarkets, restaurants & bus stops. The main swimming beach, Lake Pertobe and train station are in close proximity, being 1.5km away. The home was renovated in 2024 with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms & stunning fresh bathroom. The space Freshly renovated with 2 generous size bedrooms, spacious lounge with sofa bed for option to sleep 2 more guests. Stunning bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. When you enter the front door you will step into a huge lounge with sofa bed ( queen size latex mattress )and Tessa arm chairs. 55 inch smart tv mounted on the wall and a split system. The front bedroom is located off the lounge and has a queen bed. You then walk through to the kitchen/dining area with a 4 seater dining table and 2 casual chairs to relax and read a book. The second bedroom and bathroom are accessed from here also. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The kitchen has the washing machine located behind the cabinets. Guest access There is off street parking at the back of the premises which is accessed from the laneway alongside the property and parking out the front, it is free after 5pm weekdays and after 12pm Saturdays. Free all day Sunday. There is a lockbox located at both front and rear doors which will both have keys for your stay. Other things to note If you wish to utilise the sofa bed for additional Guests you will need to supply your own linen. We supply linen for bedrooms and towels for 4 guests.
