Located in the desirable area of London Fields, East London this sensitively restored home is a peaceful retreat away from the bustle of London. A Victorian terrace, built in the late 1800s this home from home offers the perfect combination of traditional features and comfortable modern living for an enjoyable stay. The south facing rear of the house is flooded with natural light from morning till night, the ideal space in which to relax or work. The space GROUND FLOOR Kitchen To the rear of the house is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer dryer. This south facing space can be opened up to the garden, bringing the outside in. Living room At the heart of the house is a comfortable living area complete with two sofas, enough space for everyone to gather round after a busy day. Snug/second bedroom To the front of the house is a striking green living room with open fire, smart tv and 3 seat sofa bed. This room can be used as a cosy living room or set up as a second bedroom as required. Garden A south facing haven with sunshine from morning through to evening. Enjoy your morning coffee in the hanging chair, relax in the sun on the sofa, and fire up the ceramic BBQ. 1ST FLOOR Bathroom At the top of the stairs is the spacious spa-like bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom Overlooking the garden, the bedroom is drenched with sunshine throughout the day. A kingsize bed, hanging rail and sofa provide everything you need for your stay. Guest access You will have the house to yourself for the duration of your stay. There is a bedroom to the front on the house that will not be accessible by guests. Other things to note This is my home, and I hope you love it as much as I do. There will be evidence of my life which I ask you to respect. Feel free to read the books, use the condiments and spices in your cooking and help yourself to teas. Please note that the only bathroom is upstairs.
