Peaceful Apt. in the hills of Caguas-

Our place is comfortable and relaxing in a country setting and for you to enjoy the surrounding with a beautiful view of towns and hills. Our Airbnb apt. are with one thing in mind and that is to give our guest a home a way from home. We have solar power TESLA, which we have electricity all the time. We want to also note that we live in the property. We would appreciate that our guest write down the names of all who will be staying here in case of an emergency. The space The apt has 2 bedrooms which one bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom had 2 twin beds. It only accommodates 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN. If there is extra guest that arrive, we will charge $50.00 dollars extra per person a night or ask the person to find accomodation somewhere else. We want our guest to be comfortable and be able to rest and enjoy their stay. We also need to know who is staying here for your safety and ours. * It is the total responsibilty of the person that books the apt. to let us know who is in the APARTMENT and write their name in the reservation for safety sake. *Please be sure to rent your own car, do to the fact that there are no buses or trains near by. 1. We don't allow dogs or cats in the apt. 2. NO PARTIES ALLOW or late night drinking and staying up after 10pm being loud and not letting our neighbors sleep. We need you to be considerate and kind to others in our surrounding. Thank you 3. There is no wheel chair accessibility... 4. We just bought new windows for the noise,but just in case we wanted to let you know, that if you're sensitive to noise there is roosters and dogs in the neighborhood which are not ours. We apologize for the noise and inconvenience, but that is beyond our control. If you are sensitive to noise,and don't want to rent here we understand. Thank you Guest access The back patio is available with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the amazing view of the mountains and hills or relax with some wine.* Please be considerate of others. There is also a washer and dryer for our guest to use. We don't supply the detergent for washing clothes. *The hours for washing are 9am to 8pm only. We have parking available for your convenience next to the apartment for 1 car only, any additional cars the cost will be $10.00 dollars a night. Other things to note Our place is rented for relaxation to our guest and a home away from home. We live in a dead end street so there's very light traffic day and night. After sightseeing, you can come home to a quite place to relax and sleep. We want everyone to enjoy their stay . 1.)We appreciate our guest and want them to be happy ☺, but if you come in late at night, please be considerate of other guest and neighbors who are sleeping. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. 2) We also have air-conditions in the bedrooms. It is a private apartment for you and your guest. 3) I will pick up the keys and remote and have a walk through before you leave. Check out time is at 11:00 am.
