Sleeps 14 in a luxury four-bedroom main house and self-contained two-bedroom annexe, 200m from Charlestown's UNESCO World Heritage harbour and 10 minutes from the Eden Project. Six bedrooms across two buildings — perfect for milestone birthdays, multi-gen families and friends' reunions. The space Bedrooms (six in total, across the main house and Codswallop annexe): Bedroom 1 — Emperor four-poster master, with ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room. The emperor is a full 7ft × 7ft, larger than super-king. Footboard-free with a hotel-grade mattress. Bedroom 2 — Cabin bunk room (double base with single above), best suited to children due to upper bunk dimensions. Bedroom 3 — Super-king zip-and-link, configurable as a super-king or two singles depending on your preference. Footboard-free. Bedroom 4 — King bed. Annexe Bedroom 1 — Super-king zip-and-link, configurable as two singles. Annexe Bedroom 2 — King bed. All beds are footboard-free with Hypnos mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Three bathrooms in the main house (one ensuite to the master, one family bathroom, one downstairs cloakroom) plus a separate shower room in the annexe. For security, there are four external security cameras (two front, two rear, mounted high on the exterior walls). They are not active during guest stays. The recording hub is in the understairs cupboard in the main house and can be switched off at source if preferred. Guest access Guests have full access to both the main house and the Codswallop annexe, the multi-level landscaped garden, the games room, and the private driveway with parking for 4 cars. The annexe has its own separate private entrance, which means a multi-generational group can come and go independently if they want. Other things to note When 14 of you need somewhere properly special — a milestone birthday, a multi-generational holiday, a long weekend with old friends — Wobbly Cod was built for the occasion. Six bedrooms across two buildings mean everyone gets the space they want. The main house is an uplifting, light-filled family home with an emperor four-poster master (ensuite and walk-in dressing room), two super-king zip-and-link rooms that split into twins if you prefer, a king, and a cabin bunk for the children. Upstairs in Codswallop — a self-contained coach-house annexe with its own private entrance — two more beautiful bedrooms welcome grandparents, teenagers, or a second family. Downstairs in the main house sprawls: a sunlit conservatory, a sitting room with wood-burning stove, a dining room, a generous kitchen with French doors onto the garden, an entrance hall, a snug, and a separate games room (a proper hall-sized one, with pool, ping pong and table football). The multi-level landscaped garden has an outdoor dining table for fourteen, a swinging egg chair, a charcoal BBQ, an outdoor shower and wetsuit hooks for sandy returns from the beach. Two fully-equipped kitchens, not one. The property is fitted and inventoried to luxury-agency standards — current Gas Safe and EICR certifications, full PAT testing, professional fire risk assessment, and the kind of glassware and china inventory you'd expect at this price point. Both kitchens have full ovens, hobs, dishwashers, washing machines, fridge-freezers and Nespresso coffee machines. That means a multi-generational group can genuinely cook and eat independently if they want — grandparents in the annexe, the rest of the family in the main house, on completely separate timetables. The main house kitchen is equipped to entertain at scale: Dualit kettle and toaster, warming drawer, full dinner china and glassware for the whole party, dedicated champagne flutes and cocktail glassware, decanter and ice bucket. As a tall family ourselves — with three sons all over six feet — we've chosen footboard-free bed frames throughout, fitted with Hypnos mattresses (the British heritage maker used by Claridge's, the Dorchester and the Savoy) and dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets. If a guest can't sleep, they can't enjoy their holiday. For families with young children: travel cot, stair gates, high chair, and child-friendly tableware. Within easy reach: Eden Project (10 minutes), Lost Gardens of Heligan (15), Mevagissey (15), Fowey (18), the Roseland Peninsula, Tate St Ives and the Minack Theatre. Decorated throughout for Christmas and New Year — wreaths, trees, garlands, lit wooden village scenes and the woodburner laid ready for guests' first evening. Sleeps up to 14, most comfortably configured as 10–12 adults with children, or a multi-generational family group. Infants under two stay free.
