Relax in this Large 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath waterfront cottage with hot tub! Cottage features a bright open concept main floor with an extra large kitchen and breakfast bar, living area with a walk out to an expansive deck with BBQ, seating/dining, as well as a main floor bedroom and powder room. Second floor features 3 good sized bedrooms and 4 piece bath which overlook the main floor. Enjoy your days with a paddle boat, kayaks, lilly pad, or lounging on dock. At night gather around a cozy fire! The space Main floor is large, bright, and can easily accommodate a larger group. Dining for 6 plus 2 at the breakfast bar. Large relaxing living area. Deck features 4 Adirondack chairs and patio set that seats 6+. Main floor bedroom has 2 single beds, 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms which all have queen size beds. Guest access lots of parking, but only park on the incline if your vehicle is 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. If not just park on the flatter area at the top as there is enough space for a few vehicles as well. Any trailers/boat trailers can go directly against the pile of gravel in the laneway. Other things to note The cottage does have stairs leading down from the driveway and 4 flights of steps to the water. We have kids and family members of all ages up without any issues.
