Important: This room is NOT rented for tourist purposes. Temporary stays only — for work, studies, or relocation. A simple rental contract is signed, no deposit required. Family home with a terrace, located in a quiet area with green spaces and sports facilities. 10 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes from Valencia. No metro connection, but there is a bus. Supermarkets nearby. Relaxed atmosphere — ideal for independent, respectful people with common sense. The space The house is a 300m2 two-story house and is located between Quart de Poblet and Aldaia in a part called the Barrio de Cristo. I live on the ground floor with my son and you on the first floor with other guests. It is not possible to register on the padron. Guest access On the first floor, you share, with a maximum of 6 people, the kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, a toilet, and a small dining area. During your stay I have a pretty busy life, but I usually work from home. I don’t take long to help if you need anything: just send me a message and I’ll sort it out. Occasionally, I might have a get-together on the terrace with my friends or with my son’s friends. Other things to note Transport If you have a car or plan to rent one, you’ll be very comfortable here, as you can reach Valencia in about 10 minutes (for example Nou d’Octubre, Bioparc, etc.). Also, there is always free parking very near to the house. For the metro, the easiest way is to drive to Quart de Poblet or Faitanar station; there is free parking available. From there, you can reach Xàtiva or Colón station in about 10 minutes by metro. It’s quick and convenient, and avoids the hassle of parking in central Valencia. By car, the center of Valencia is about 20 minutes away, depending on traffic. You’re also approx. 20 minutes from Pinedo Beach or 30 minutes from El Saler, beautiful beaches with the Albufera natural park and spectacular sunsets. ⚠️ Important: There is no metro station in the neighborhood. Even if it looks close on the map, walking there is long and not easy. There is a yellow bus that connects the Bonaire shopping center and Valencia city center, taking about 40 minutes to Ángel Guimerá. If you don’t have a car, getting around from here can be tricky. Valencia and its surroundings don’t have as extensive a public transport network as other European cities. The bike lanes in the neighborhood are limited and interrupted, and riding on the road is dangerous. Therefore, cycling from here to Valencia is not recommended. About the Neighbourhood: Living here is quiet and comfortable. In the area you’ll find a sports park right next door, summer and indoor pools, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, a market, and everything you need for daily life. In short, it’s a very pleasant place to live. That said, it’s not a tourist area, neither Ruzafa nor El Carmen; it’s a typical Valencian town, so keep that in mind. Some streets a little further back are not very recommended, but this is common in many other neighborhoods of Valencia.
