We're a small family in a small village — Gigi and Lucia live downstairs and are glad to help with keys or directions, then leave you to your holiday. The space The apartment takes the whole first floor and has its own entrance up a private staircase, so you come and go as you please. There's a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a dining area for four and a full kitchen — oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, and there's a separate WC. Parquet and laminate throughout, heating in every room, and a covered balcony that catches the afternoon sun. Guest access The whole apartment is yours. You're also welcome in the garden, where there's a barbecue, outdoor furniture and a ping-pong table, and there's a free covered parking space on the property with free street parking outside. Check-in is self-service with the lockbox, so you can arrive whenever suits you. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor, up an outdoor staircase — worth knowing if you have heavy luggage or very small children. A washing machine is available for a small extra charge. This is a small village and a quiet street, so we ask that things stay calm after midnight. One practical note for anyone travelling for work: we're a family, not a company, so we can't issue business or VAT invoices ourselves.
