Spacious, private, lower level suite of waterfront residence in Kettle Cove on beautiful Sebago Lake. Boat dock can accommodate up to a 21 ft. boat for nominal extra charge per night. Gradual entry sandy beach with two kayaks for guest use. Enjoy swimming out to the stationary swim raft and relax after dinner by the campfire with a glass of wine! Short walking distance to both Camp Sunshine and Point Sebago. Well behaved dogs welcome up to 30 lbs, on leash. We have a golden retriever, Kendall. The space My husband and I live upstairs year-round, and I work from home some days. The rented space is downstairs, private and separate with its own private entrance and off street parking for two cars. Basic kitchenette, with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, George Foreman grill and covered skillet. Full washer and dryer, with iron & ironing board. Two comfortable indoor sitting areas, including one flat screen TV with cable. Large full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rain shower head. Our private dock is available for you to bring your boat (max 22 foot) for an extra $35/day. Sebago Lake is a large lake for boating - access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Gas grill available outside along with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and an outdoor dining area with seating for six.
