Guests will have access to all the premises and equipment of the house, as well as everything the condominium offers, and must follow the rules set out in the premises. The sea is usually calm, good for families with children, the scenery is beautiful. It has some good restaurants but at night it does not attract visitors from other beaches, making the place very quiet. It has two markets that supply the needs well. There are delivery services. The condominium is beautiful and well maintained, people know each other, which gives the place a family atmosphere. NOTE: The house can accommodate up to 6 guests, or 7 exceptionally with permission. For up to 4 guests, the price per night is the same. From the fifth guest on, there is an increase in the nightly rate. This appears when you set the number of nights and number of guests. No parties or loud noise allowed. Visitors only with authorization and submission of documents two days in advance. Don't bring anyone without authorization. Smoking only outside the house. The best way to get around is by car. Barra do Sahy belongs to the municipality of São Sebastião - SP. It is 161 km from the city of São Paulo, via asphalted roads in excellent condition and very well signposted (Rodovia dos Imigrantes, then Rodovia Cônego Doménico Rangoni - the former Rodovia Piaçaguera-Guarujá and finally Rodovia Manuel Hipólito do Rego or Rio-Santos, Br-101). Another alternative is to come via the Ayrton Senna da Silva Highway, Mogi-Bertioga Highway and Rio-Santos. The entrance to Barra do Sahy is just before km 172 of the latter. The trip on normal days usually takes 2.5 to 3 hours, coming from São Paulo. The bus company that serves the North coast is Litorânea Transportes Coletivos, departing from the Tietê Bus Station.
