Welcome to our spacious & fun 1 BR Apt in the heart of Idaho's outdoor adventure land. Tucked between expansive fields, this Apt boasts a beautiful view and convenient access to Hwy 20, BYU-I, Idaho Falls, Yellowstone National Park (91 mi), Teton National Park (109 mi), Island Park (62 mi), and Craters of the Moon (105 mi.) Play in a nearby lake or float the Warm River or Warm Slough. Fishing and boating are close by. We have the essentials covered so you can play, explore or just relax! The space This apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet. The large open combined living, dining, and kitchen area has a queen sofa bed, a bistro level dining table, full-sized pool table, a kitchen island and large pantry. The bathroom is off the living room and has a tile tub/shower. Our laundry room has all the space and storage you need. Guest access Guests have a private entrance with a keypad lock so you can check yourself in. 😀There is parking space available along the side of the apartment. Please don’t use the car port or block in any vehicles parked there. Please keep the driveway clear for other residents to leave or take out farm equipment. Thank you! Other things to note This apartment is attached to a single-family home on an 8-acre property with lots of pastureland. The home is occupied by my family and we earnestly respect your space, though we are friendly. 😀The front yard is for your use, though you are welcome to enjoy the lawn, fire pit and swings in the backyard as well. Please don’t use the trampoline without signing a waiver first. You may look at the cattle in the pastures from behind the fence but do not feed or touch them. DO NOT CROSS THE FENCE OR TOUCH THE ELECTRIC WIRE (a wire that goes along the inside of the wood fence line) as it will give you an electric shock.⚡️
