The space The apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator, and is so arranged: - Entrance that leads directly onto a functional and elegant living area with a kitchen table where you can enjoy and enjoy all the typical meals of Sardinia. - Kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare what you want, including: sink, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. - Bedroom with a comfortable double bed, in front of which there is a TV and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing in the cool after a day at sea. - Modern bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. - Large and spacious terrace on the third floor overlooking the sea, Sella del Diavolo and the fabulous pond of Molentargius. The terrace is the right place to relax in the sun or enjoy a fantastic aperitif with a fabulous view of the sunset. Guest access We are thrilled to make our home fully available to you, with every detail meticulously considered to ensure you have a stay in a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Other things to note - The terrace (on the third floor) is accessible via the condominium stairs and is not on the same level as the apartment. - It will be necessary to provide guests' personal data for legal compliance. Additionally, signing a tourist rental agreement and paying the tourist tax will be required. - We are at your disposal to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please kindly consider that any inconveniences due to external suppliers or public network issues are not attributable to our establishment. Nevertheless, we constantly strive to provide the highest level of comfort and service to our guests. At check-in, you will be asked to sign a Tourist Rental Agreement confirming your stay in our apartment for the dates you have booked.
