It is a major station in Madrid and offers regional, high speed (AVE) and long distance train connections. Palos de la Frontera metro station: it is about 5 minutes walk from the location. Bus stop: there are several bus stops in the nearby streets that offer different bus routes that can connect you to different parts of the city. As for parking, in the area of Arganzuela street and surroundings there are several public parking options, both on the street and in subway parking garages. Some nearby options are Parking Saba Atocha Renfe and Parking Atocha-Renfe. There is also the possibility of finding street parking nearby, but it can be difficult due to the high population density and traffic in the area. IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorization from the DGT, otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, cab or VTC. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat.
