Located in quiet neighborhood on cul-de-sac street. House backs up to the Plumas-Eureka National Forest. This is a rustic house that is a ‘work in progress’. It is currently in the process of some remodeling and updating, therefore it has imperfections and needs some finishing touches completed. Overall the home is clean and supplies all the basic needs. The space Two bedroom one bath home with enclosed front porch for additional sleep space. The back porch is closed off to guests because it is where I store my inventory for my online business. Depending on whether or not you need a twin bed in the living room it is stored in the laundry room if not needed. The house is located in the midst of a forest, thus there are wild animals roaming about such as raccoons, bears, and deer. I have 7 friendly barn cats on the property to help with rodent control. Guest have access to the backyard, please be informed that there are areas in the yard being used to store materials and supplies for renovations. Guest access The guests have access to both bedrooms, the bathroom, front porch, kitchen, living room and the backyard which is a shared space with the owner. Other things to note The owner lives on the property in a travel trailer set up besides the home. There is a tenant on the adjacent property who lives in a 5th wheel trailer. The owner has access to the back yard, inside the back porch and laundry room of the house.
