Pharmacies, super and convenience stores. **CHECK-IN of LODGING** Some parks around the area: Prologis, Industrial Monterrey, Flexpark, FINSA, STIVA, KALOS, NEXXUS, etc. The space The house has two floors. -Upper Floor: Two bedrooms each with a mini-split and ceiling fan. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The other with a double bed; both share a full bathroom. - Ground floor: One room with 2 single beds and private bathroom and mini-split A living room with a sofa bed. Dining room for 6 people. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, blender, and household items. -Roofed laundry area: With washing machine, boiler, laundry, clothesline and third full bathroom. Guest access Self Check-in Other things to note Welcome to my home! To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay for everyone, I'm sharing the house rules with you. They're super simple, read them calmly!Cleaning for long stays If you stay more than 7 days, we recommend hiring a cleaning service for $500 MXN each time. It includes general cleaning, change of towels and sheets. Everything to make you feel at home! Invoicing If you need an invoice, please request it during or just after your stay. As of June 1, 2020, invoices are only issued in the same month as your stay. Let us know in time! Perfect weather The house has 3 mini-splits (one in the master bedroom and 2 in the double bedrooms) and ceiling fans in all areas. All set for you to be comfortable! Be cautious of your electricity use If you bring appliances that consume a lot of electricity (such as electric heaters, portable air conditioners, cooling towers, welding machines, etc.), the extra consumption will be calculated and charged according to the electricity bill. Let's use energy carefully, okay? Responsible use of mini-splits Please turn off the mini-splits when you are not in the house or do not need them. If they are damaged by misuse (such as leaving them on 24 hours or without closing doors/windows), 100% of the cost of the equipment plus installation will be charged. If you leave a minisplit on when you leave, $1,000 MXN will be charged per device. Help us take care of them! Remote control of minisplits If you lose a remote control, you will be charged for its replacement. Make sure to keep it safe! Take care of the keys If you lose the keys or do not leave them in the safe, you will be charged for changing all the locks (gate, interior and exterior doors) for the safety of future guests. It's not about key copies, it's about keeping everything safe. Double shifts not allowed A group of guests is not allowed to use the house in double shifts (for example, some working during the day and sleeping at night, while others work at night and sleep during the day).
