This 5100 sq feet house sits on 82 acres of beautiful rolling hills in the countryside of Columbiana, AL. This house is perfect for a family getaway about 30-40 minutes outside Birmingham. House has a pool, fishing ponds, firepit, plenty of space for family and friends. We have games like shuffleboard, dart board, bumper pool/poker table. We also have a theatre! This house is perfect for gatherings like birthday parties, showers, cookouts or vacations! 12 Total beds in 6 rooms/3.5 bath The space We have 4 "Traditional" bedrooms. 3 of those bedrooms have a King size bed. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed along with 6 bunk beds! In addition to the "traditional bedrooms", we also have a Murphy bed in the home theatre and a sleeper sofa in the second Den with the fireplace. This is a total of: 3 King Beds 1 Queen Bed 6 Twin Bunk Beds 1 Sleeper sofa 1 Queen Murphy Bed (in theatre) There are also two additional large couches which can be used for sleeping as well. (These are not sleeper sofas, just normal sofas) There are 3 full baths, and one half bath. Guest access Guests can use entire space, EXCEPT the garage. We use this area for our operational storage.
