The bright, airy living room features comfortable seating, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV for relaxing evenings. Large windows fill the space with natural light, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Key Features: Three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for ultimate convenience. A half bathroom is conveniently located in the common area on the entrance level. The lowest level includes a third bedroom, a small living room, a kitchenette, and direct access to the patio. For those traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play and high chair are available upon request. Step outside to your private oasis. The sparkling pool is accessible from all three floors, perfect for a refreshing dip anytime. Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower after a swim or a day at the beach. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the property, including the private pool, patio, and all three floors of the home. Our 24/7 onsite staff will hand the key to the booker at check-in and assist with any immediate needs. Parking is free and gated, accommodating one large vehicle or two small cars. Other things to note Safety: The living room windows are not gated or screened. If using the air conditioner, please keep them closed. Children must be supervised at all times in this area and throughout the home, including the pool and pool deck. Nature & Environment: The home is surrounded by lush nature near the mountains, so occasional encounters with bugs or tropical creatures are possible. We fumigate regularly to keep them to a minimum. Amenities & Essentials: A starter kit with basic toiletries is provided to help you settle in comfortably. Power & Backup: In the event of a power outage (which can occasionally occur in the Dominican Republic), an emergency inverter supplies power to lights and fans on the entrance and second floors.
