It was designed to be a guesthouse for a family that loves to have visitors! The room features a comfortable double bed and high-end bed and bath linens, offered as a courtesy. There is a reading space, an industrial-style wardrobe for storing clothes and personal items, and a 1990s desk, renovated to fit the current decor. The air-conditioning is brand new, super quiet and powerful. The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower with good heating, bath linen and amenities for your well-being. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, featuring a Brastemp cooktop, Consul refrigerator and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, blender and basic utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals. You can park up to 2 cars on the lawn, with plenty of space. And for your safety, we have a surveillance camera in the garage and an electric fence. In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Guest access Access to the property can be done through the entrance gate or the garage (automatic) Other things to note 1. The base price is for only 1 guest, pay attention to the number of guests who will be staying, as there is an additional fee per guest. 2. Guests should not smoke indoors. However, smoking is allowed in the outdoor area. 3. Only one set of bed and bath linens will be offered per guest, regardless of the length of stay. Extra sets can be requested upon availability and payment of additional fees. 4. The house has a surveillance camera in the garage to monitor the entry and exit of guests. 5) After check-out, an inspection will be carried out and if damage to the property is identified, the guest will be asked to reimburse for cleaning and/or repair.
