Other things to note Parking: On-site parking for 1 car inside the gate and up to 3 cars along the secure perimeter. Safety & Security Waiver: As a mountain villa, areas near the pool may be slippery. A waiver must be signed upon arrival; we are not responsible for untoward incidents. CCTV: 24-hour security cameras in public areas for your protection (none in bedrooms). Reminders: Please keep the main gates and doors closed at all times. Jacuzzi: ₱300/hr after the first free hour. LPG: ₱400 (applicable for weekday guests only) Gallon of Mineral Water: ₱100 (applicable for weekday guests only) Waste Deposit: ₱500 refundable fee for waste segregation.
