Property has 3 rooms Room 1 - 2nd flr double bed and one single( 5 persons) Room 2- 2nd flr - 3 double bed (6 person) Room 3 - 2nd flr - 4 queen bed( 8 persons) Pets are allowed but should be leashed and have diapers. They are strictly not allowed in the rooms. Other charges to note like a pet fee of 300 per pet for small fur babies. A refundable fee of 500 for waste segregation and to be refunded upon guest waste segregation during their stay. Security cameras all round for your own protection in all public spaces except in the rooms . Please be mindful of your personal belongings . And always keep the gate of the resort closed at all times and the main doors aswell . As we are a resort villa pls be careful some areas might be slippery when wet . Waiver should be signed as we are not responsible for any untoward incident Safety and well being of our guests is of paramount importance to us. In this regard, we put a simple waste management in place. We encourage all our guests to practice waste segregation by putting all their garbages in properly labeled waste bins: A refundable fee of 500 to be settled in the resort. Other things to note PARKING Parking on site for 4 cars around property perimeter. SAFETY PLEASE mind keeping all doors and gates closed for your own safety and security. Security camera around property are in placed except rooms for your privacy. The property specially around the pool area are frequently wet so utmost caution is very highly recommended. Signages are everywhere as a reminder for safety specially for the elders and children. CARETAKERS On-site CARETAKERS are allowed inside the property if required by the guest for assistance IF needed and are available except between 10pm to 6am. VIDEOKE Are allowed until 10pm, beyond 10pm volume should be lowered down to minimum. PETS Pets are allowed but should be leashed and have diapers. They are strictly not allowed in the rooms.
