Detached villa

In the municipality of Castiadas, in the Adhara residence, about 600 meters from the beach of "Cala Sinzias", there is a detached villa with garden and internal parking. It consists of a large loggia for outdoor dining and an outdoor barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a double bedroom. It is ideal for couples or small families, and there is also the possibility of adding a crib. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. In the garden, on four sides, there is an outdoor shower with hot water, a veranda with washing machine, a large porch for lunch and dinner outdoors with barbecue. The house has air conditioning, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, egg boiler, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Available upon request: - sheets (10 euros per person per stay); - 1 set of bath linens (10 euros per person per stay) not to be used on the beach. VERY IMPORTANT: - Upon your arrival, you will be asked for suitable identification documents to be forwarded to the Accommodation Web Portal and the Sardinia region; - To make guests aware of energy saving, electricity is to be paid separately based on use (€0.50/kWh). Energy consumption is included for up to 20 KW per day. HOUSE RULES: - the house must be left free of waste and in order; - smoking is not allowed inside the house; - it is not allowed to receive extra visitors during the stay, lunches or dinners can be tolerated but you cannot use the services of the house or to sleep, in any case contact the hosts for more information or to agree; - respect the neighbors by being careful not to overdo it with noise in the afternoon and at night; - in order not to obstruct passage on the street, leave the car in front of the villa only for unloading or emergencies, there are two large parking lots nearby within the residence for parking cars and parking inside the house; - times and rules for separate waste collection must be respected, you will be left the calendar of collection days. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the ground floor and garden with parking. Other things to note There are two entrances to the beach: the nearest, about 600 meters from the house, is a path (exit of the Garden Beach campsites) and you can reach the beach in about 7 minutes on foot; the other entrance is on the street (exit of Limone Beach) and the beach is about 800 meters from the house.
