We live on the first floor (empty nesters) and we invite you to enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level with private entrance. All rooms face this incredible view. The space There is a king bedroom and queen bedroom with soft Egyptian cotton sheets and high end bedding. One bedroom includes a futon and the living room sofa is a futon allowing for additional sleeping. A fully equipped kitchen is yours to use. The living room features a smart TV with access to your streaming services. The patio has comfortable seating to watch amazing sunsets and watch the wildlife. You have your own HVAC controls and can manage heat and A/C to your liking. Guest access There is plenty of off street parking in our large circular driveway. There is a stone path leading to the lower level private entrance - this does go down a small hill so just be aware for accessibility. You will enter using a keypad at your convenience after check-in time. Other things to note Our home is located in the southern part of Lynchburg and is 20 minutes to LU, 30 minutes to Lynchburg University, and 20 minutes to downtown Lynchburg. You would be renting an apartment in the home we occupy. There is a door that connects our home upstairs to the apartment below but that is locked. You will most likely not see us, but we would be available if there is a need.
