The space This apartment is suitable for up to four people and is a fully furnished living unit (living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen) on the ground floor with extra bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The living room has a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, cozy sitting area with TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. The bedroom has a double box spring. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is an additional toilet in the general hall. Through the general hall, you can take the stairs up, where you will find the second spacious bedroom with bathroom. These are both lockable. The accommodation features a sheltered private terrace and a beautiful spacious garden with stunning views. The terrace is mostly in the shade, but the lawn sees sun almost all day. From your apartment, you can take a lovely walk in the woods and, if you're lucky, you can admire deer, hares and squirrels! On the premises there is also a BBQ outdoor kitchen and a tennis court, and if desired, you can rent it. The covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fireplace has a large counter and sink with drinking water, a refrigerator and enough wood and coal for use. Music boxes are not allowed outside and our campfire pit can only be used in consultation. Guest access This apartment is fully private, you do not share spaces. Through a general front door, you can check in contactlessly by means of a key in a key box, the code of which will be sent to you 48 hours before arrival. Once inside, you will find a key box for your own apartment, your name will be listed on the door. Other things to note Breakfast is not included. This can easily be prepared by yourself in the fully equipped kitchen.
