Little Palm Cottage

Little Palm Cottage is the perfect place to retreat to and enjoy paradise! Conviently located near everything Papamoa Beach offers - beach, shopping, bakeries, cafes/restaurants/pubs and attractions - all within easy walking distance or just a short drive. Our cottage is quaint but cosy with two bedrooms, open plan living, dining, kitchen; and is equipped with all you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay. The space Our little cottage is a 70’s charmer! You enter the property into an open plan space with full height raked ceilings combining the lounge, dining nook and galley kitchen through to the bathroom/laundry. The kitchen is equipped with the basics you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal during your stay. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, a standard fridge/freezer and microwave. Basic food items are included - cooking oil, salt/pepper etc. The combined bathroom/laundry includes a washing machine. Shower only - no bath. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed and two side tables. This room has a large double built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. The second room is upstairs and has two single beds, side table and free standing cupboard for hanging clothes. Please note - the internal stairs are a straight flight of stairs up to the second level. The property is not suitable for children (or adults) that cannot navigate stairs well. The backyard is spacious with plenty of lawn to kick a ball around and is fully fenced. The property is wrapped with established trees providing privacy. Depending on the time of year you visit, you may expect to pick feijoa or apricots from our trees. Enjoy cooking a summer meal outdoors on the BBQ, under the shade of the palms. Our cottage is centrally located in the heart of Papamoa Beach. Two blocks walk to the central hub of Papamoa, you will find everything you need, from eateries and cafes, pubs, supermarkets and retail shopping! Walk two blocks in the other direction, and this will lead you to the golden sandy beaches Papamoa is well known for. And of course, if you don’t want to walk, all of these are a 2 minute drive away. Easy access to the main highway will get you to Mount Maunganui beach in approx 10-15 minutes or out to any of our other local attractions or further a field. Guest access The whole property will be available for guests to use. Other things to note The carport within the property is suitable for a car or small suv. There is a spare garden shed which is lockable, so if you have bikes etc it is perfect to store them.
